With the game between North Carolina and Duke coming up tonight at 9:00 p.m. EST (televised by ESPN) I found this video by Raycom that shows what this rivalry means. For someone like myself, that has been part of this rivalry for over a quarter of a century, this video brought back many memories. And there is plenty more that I remembered that aren’t on this video. We all have memories from this rivalry between two programs that are so close to one another. Some people say that the UNC/Duke rivalry is the biggest sports rivalry, some say it’s the biggest college one, some might say it’s the best college basketball rivalry.
