Tyler Hansbrough
The good news for Tyler Hansbrough is that once he is physically ready to play again there will be plenty of minutes in his future. The bad news for the ex National Player of the Year is that no one knows when that will be, as the 6’9″ power forward is still limited to non-contact drills, and there is no time table to when that will change. The worst news is that the Pacers are really thin up front and truly need Hansbrough’s contribution come next season. Indiana traded away its best rebounder and now are going to struggle to find someone that can replace 11 boards a game. Someone like Hansbrough could surely help, as he did pretty well in his 29 games last season coming off the bench. However with the big man still trying to get back into the swing of things you have to ask yourself will one of the most loved Heels ever be 100% ever again?
As I do with all the Heels let me be the first one to wish Tyler Hansbrough all the best for his recovery as well as for his second season in the National Basketball Association.
