Once again way late here due to many real life things going on here is the first half of the recap from Friday, January 15, 2010. In all there were nine games with a touch of carolina blue, which means that this first post of “Heels in the League” (NBA) will be of five games and the other half (which I am hoping to get in this afternoon as well) will have the other four. So, sit back and relax as we go through this edition of “Heels in the League” (NBA) for 01/15/10…
The first game of this recap has Sacramento Kings going cross country to the City of Brotherly Love to take on the Philadelphia 76′ers at the Wachovia Center. The attendance for this game was 16,767 (max capacity: 21,600). For the team from the West Coast it’s ex UNC big man Sean May who gives them a touch of carolina blue, but what he does not give them is any playing time, as he does not even dress for this game. As far as the game is concerned it’s Philadelphia beating Sacramento by a dozen points, with the final tally being 98 to 86. With the loss the Kings are now at 15 and 23 (.394 winning percentage).
