(MLB) - 07/26/09

A pretty good day overall for the ex Diamond Heels that took to the field. While no pitchers that once threw in Chapel Hill made it to the mound, the batters did okay, with two of them going 4 for 7 with 2 RBIs and 2 runs scored combined. And it’s all right here, at The Fifth Corner, in this edition of “Heels in the League” (MLB) for the games of July 26, 2009. Stay tuned for another edition of this (not so) daily post in the early afternoon, and as I am almost caught up look for the run downs of the players from Single A in the coming editions of “Heels in the League” (MLB).
