With no action in the Majors on July 23, 2009 I decided to jump ahead one day, and see what it gives us. While in this edition of “Heels in the League” (MLB) the news from the ex Heels is not great as none of them, either from the Major Leagues or the minors just did not do well. The only pitcher to get action lost his game, while the batters just could not find their swing anywhere they played.
