Here is the next edition of “Before the Games” (NBA) that looks at today’s games from the National Basketball Association. In all there are six games, three of them have a touch of Carolina Blue, none of them being a head to head match up. At 8:00 p.m. EST (televised on ESPN) we have the game where the Celtics host the Pistons at the TD Garden. I believe that the Celtics will win this game and cover the 9 point spread. Half hour later, at 8:30 p.m. EST it’s the second game with a touch of Carolina Blue when the Nuggets take on the Rockets at the Toyota Center (FxHo). The point spread in this game is 2.5 for Denver. I am going to go with the team from the Mile High City in this one. Lastly, at 10:30 p.m. EST it’s the Warriors hosting the Lakers in a game that is played at the ORACLE Arena and is televised by ESPN. The Warriors are a 8 point underdog and I think they will lose by more than that.

Hopefully these picks will be a bit better than my 1 and 4 from my Before the Games from 03/13/10.
