Alan Pelc named ACC OL of the Week

From the official web site of the Tar Heels, TarHeelBlue.com comes news that offensive lineman Alan Pelc, a 6’6″/325 lbs. junior from Houston, Tx., was named ACC OL of the Week. From the smal article it said that the junior guard graded out at 90 percent and had seven knockdown blocks in last week’s 40-6 victory of The Citadel. By going to the official site of Atlantic Coast Conference you can check out all the Players of the Week, which include two from Miami and Clemson and one from Va Tech. Let’s hope that Pelc and the rest of the OL can get the job done in the first game on the road for the Heels and allow the running backs to gain over 250 yards like they did in week one.
